[Noisebridge-discuss] Consensus proposal: renaming member categories

Ooo. Yeah, David brings up a really good point. We probably shouldn't
rename "members" in that case.

Tom, is there a reason for the name change suggestion? I'm not sure I see a
strong case for it. Also, "council" and "board of directors" is easy to
conflate.
