[Noisebridge-discuss] LED strip in Church

I recently saw a bright white strip of LEDs in the southwest corner of Church.  
It has a transformer and a 2-prong AC plug attached.  And there's another wire attached that runs to the top of the southern wall.  

If you know about this device, could you please tell me more about it?  
I looked online for strips, there are so many that look similar. 
Can you tell me the manufacturer or model?  Is it 12 or 24v?  

If it is still there, I will take a closer look next time.  -Thanks for any info you can provide.
