i have been editing the noisebridge wiki page for PGP, adding some basic 
explanation of what PGP is and how people use it.  A lot of people just 
know this stuff but we forget that every day people need to be told so 
they can make use of encryption.

know.  I am trying to learn as much as i can about the practical 
implementation of PGP for a project i'm working on.
