[Noisebridge-discuss] Help opening an Octave file in OpenSCAD

Greetings,

I have an Octave file of a three-dimensional test plot, called a sombrero.
I want to open and view it in OpenSCAD, but it crashes when I press the F6 key.
(I have a sombrero.scad and sombrero.dxf file in the OpenSCAD examples folder.)
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
