[Noisebridge-discuss] Change Rebase Time

As I understand, RFC's are supposed to be presented and discussed at
the rebase meeting, so your suggestion to post to the wiki does not
address that.

JC has requested that people bring comments to the meeting, in-person,
so your suggestion to post to the wiki does not address that.

The regular NB meeting is Tuesday evening at 8pm, a time selected for
it's convenience. Makes sense.

The rebase meeting time was set to Tuesday 6pm, with the reasoning
that people who are planning to attend the regular NB meeting are
likely to be at Noisebridge 2 hours early. This does not make sense to
me.

Your suggestion to have a second rebase meeting is interesting, but i
think it's important for everyone concerned to meet together.
