Poison solved my mouse problem where traps failed. This type inhibits
vitamin K, turning mice into little hemophiliacs over the course of ~3
days. If you're going to accidentally ingest a poison, this one should
be on the top of your list. Your chances of surviving with no permanent
damage are really good if you get to a doctor/vet within 24 hours (still
pretty good odds if you get treatment soon after symptoms appear, but
increasingly less so). Whatever traps you use should be supplemented
with these tucked away in hard-to-reach corners.
