[Noisebridge-discuss] later hours vs. morning hours

It is said; "When you keep doing the same thing over and over
expecting a different result, that this is the definition of
insanity".
People tend to blame the homeless and mentally ill for the situation
they are in and then pushing them away, ignoring them or even
assaulting them expecting the homeless to change their situation.
Instead of doing this why not find alternatives for them? Give people
something to do (besides serving as clean up and greeters which feels
like being asked to be a servant) like take classes and learn, work on
projects or create something and you can be here. I know the biggest
problem with this is it takes time to watch and help people but isn't
that what real community is about? Unfortunately most don't have
tershat kind of time to care about others. Let's expect change...
