[Noisebridge-discuss] SF Fire CU?

Just to clarify, I don't care personally about the answers to the
questions that I posted. They're just the first things off the bat that
need to be addressed before Noisebridge can consider switching critical
infrastructure providers (our bank account is probably our *most*
critical infrastructure). There are certainly many more questions that
need to be answered.

Someone who actually cares about changing providers, and can provide a
credible plan and set of answers to all the necessary questions, and can
provide the coordination and "bug a geek, politely, until they respond"
services necessary to execute a significant and business-critical
project like this, needs to step up and volunteer to drive the
change-our-banking process. Until that person volunteers, switching
Noisebridge to a credit union will remain a "it would be nice" prospect.

It could be you, bfb. Just do it; that's how things get done at NB.
Are the questions in the process? Figure out the right answers to these
questions, and present them to the treasurer/membership for validation.
If there's a question you really can't answer on your own, then gather
the necessary information and simplify the question as much as possible,
then present it to the treasurer or membership for resolution. Have a
concrete list of questions that need resolution when doing so.
