[Noisebridge-discuss] [SPAM] Tattoos vs. behavior

It has been suggested that the person being discussed be forced to undergo "laser tattoo removal [sic]". First of all, it is not tattoo removal at all. As a tattoo artist, I can tell you that any destruction of pigment is completely incidental to creation of scar tissue that obscures the pigment. Second, it is expensive, and I doubt any of you are going to chip in for the treatment. Third, "laser tattoo removal [sic]" only targets those ares of the skin where the pigment exists - creating scar tissue in the exact shape of the tattoo - in other words, the person being discussed would have scar tissue in the shape of a swastika. Third, it is extremely painful - a friend of mine who had the treatment done, at the requirement of probation, had blisters on his bicep for a week and a half. The scalp is much more sensitive and not as tough. Another friend of mine had laser hair removal done on his scalp and had angry red skin for several
 weeks.

Another suggestion is to order him to use a sharpie on the back of his head every day. The fact that this was proposed with absolutely no shame or embarrassment does not speak well of the person proposing it. The concept of telling someone to use a sharpie on their head is incomprehensible.

Yet another was forcing Robby to wear specific clothing. Please explain the basis for which you claim authority to tell other people what clothing they can and can not wear, so long as local ordinances are satisfied.

I would, however, like to thank the adults in the room.
