[Noisebridge-discuss] Seeking help with WordPress.com (title font size, themes)

Greetings,

I'd like to decrease the title font size
for my current blog posts (theme = Ryu by Automattic). 
Do I need a special PHP page to do this? 

Also, I looked at alternate themes for my blog,

but I drew a blank page when I tried to preview a few
themes. Do I need to rename a file or something? Is it
a PHP problem? Thanks for your help.
