[Noisebridge-discuss] Close noisebridge, to fix noisebridge

Actually, I've been proposing this for a while, but I've been insanely
busy these past few weeks, so haven't been able to move forward on it.

I think we have a good chance of consensus if it's worked out
carefully, and with due attention to everybody.

One question that's been regularly raised is that there's a few more
pressing problems, but my impression is that the low-level homeostasis
is working on those at the same low level as it always does.
