Folks known by locals to use color of authority, weapons and brutal assaults against residents, teenagers, single parent mothers and other vulnerable renters and homeowners for decades.

> Why you chose to mistreat me apart from all others who have been asked to leave Noisebridge, for any reason, is beyond any sense of fair play, justice or fairness to all, which is what social justice is all about.
> Frankly, due to your mean spirited speech and bad acts, I'm concerned with the harm and losses I've already suffered by your bad acts (loss of income due to your surprise bad acts -- I was in the middle of using the space, as usual, to safely meet with and work online with others working on the federal case and attorney who pays my bills) and even more concerned about the victims, witnesses and community groups who will not work with anyone or any group they do not completely trust.
> People who know me well are sure about being safe with me, but anyone who is already afraid, in a state of trauma or easily influenced is likely to believe your falsehoods and will refuse to trust me or my associates – only because or your falsehoods and misguided bad acts. To ban me from Noisebridge without cause and to try to prevent or intimidate me into NOT seeking due process as is the usual practice for conflict resolution will surely cause me and the community more harm or losses - for no good reason or valid or just cause.
> Being banned from a non-profit, community benefit space is perceived by many as would being kicked out of a shelter, church group or other community space, putting quite the black mark upon my name and reputation. This would surely result in my being denied, rebuked or shun by others – not due to my own conduct and behavior – but due to your outrageous and malicious speech and bad acts which cannot withstand an objective challenge, in any forum or court.
> Almost all of the members of the community, victims' groups, witnesses, victims and peers I work with all work, live and congregate around each other, in a dense and highly mobile environment in which all of our paths cross every day, week or month, as a matter of habit and routine.
