Howdy all.

I recently sent the TSA a FOIA for basically all of their policy &
procedures documents: http://goo.gl/wxFcW

I'm expecting that they'll try to overcharge me for "duplicating" PDFs
over FTP, or withhold documents that only have partial SSI (like the
Screening Management SOP), or so forth… we'll see. Anyway, if the
