Stream the video to a machine in a neutral country (like Switzerland)
encrypted in such a way that requires the private keys of a
supermajority of current members to decrypt, PLUS the maintainer of
the machine--ideally a person who is neither a US citizen nor living
in the US.

This pretty much makes it impossible for any court to get the video
without NB being okay with it.
