Hmm.  I am having some issues.
* where are the records of the actual proven charges against shawn landen
accessible?
I read this as:
Where are the records of the actual charges against Shawn Laden?

* with documentation of proof(s)
No idea what you are really trying to say since the above would include
that.

* with the full names of ALL accusers, incidents, witnesses, statements,
affidavits et.al...
You can most likely go to any police station and get this information.
 That or you can google it.  I believe Danny also said which police
station.  You could give them a ring and tell him he was seen in the area.

* there are too many threads to waste time going through and this should be
immediately accessible to EVERYONE in the space at any time...
So you started another one.  Great.  Use the wiki instead.  This is
accessible to EVERYONE.

* this is only directly referencing incidents IN THE SPACE (2169 mission
st., s.f., ca, 94103); nothing outside of it...
What do you mean?  Do you only want information pertaining to incidents at
2169 regarding Shawn?  Do you not want the other information?

* we DO NOT want to start/continue a thread about him, merely access this
complete information and have it transparent/accessible to ENTIRE community
as it was stated that certain people within NB came to a 'consensus'  based
on this proof and information to ban someone.
It was already determined by consenso.  All praise consenso.  If you wish

I would suggest going to a meeting and/or emailing the social engineering
mailing list.  You should also consider bringing this up as a consensus
item at Tuesday's meeting!

I suggest you do some leg work yourself if you want this information.  I
believe Danny said he had this information and all you had to do is go up
to him and ask.

FYI bullets should not be used every line whether you use
!@#$%^&*()_+<>,.?/;:'"{}|[]\~` to start it.  If you are going to do it,
please use complete sentences so I can understand stuff.  Did I get
everything you said right?
