Perhaps you have heard about this already. The 9th circuit appeals court is
not the supreme court but is a step in that direction.  Now that I have
pasted it, I am amazed at the length of this URL. I can only assume it is
in order to pique your interest while simultaneously attempting to convey
the gist of the story.
