[Noisebridge-discuss] Occupying Vacant Commercial Property

There is an abundance of vacant commercial spaces, many of which are
vandalized, decrepit. How can I take one over and occupy it? I want to
teach a guitar class for 2h, 3x per week. There's a place in Isis st,
at the 101, then there's 1565-1599 Mission St, an empty place on 12th
x Folsom, and so many more!

I can clean a space up and do something good with it, including
vandalism abatement, cleaning, growing plants (such as pomegranate
seedlings and  succulents).  Everyone wins. HOw can I make that
happen?
