depending on how many of these LCD screens you have, it may be worth 
reverse-engineering them to be able to use them with arduinos and etc.

the answer to doing that is that you must have at least ONE camera that 
these are meant to communicate with.  Then you can spy on the 
communications and, knowing a bit about how these things generally work, 
you can figure out the data pattern being sent to them.

As for the connector, Mouser.com or Digikey.com almost certainly sells the 
connector that matches whatever is sticking out of the displays.  You will 
solder that connector onto the board you make to interface with these 
displays.

how many do you have?  how big are they?  what camera did they come from? 
what are the numbers on them?
