[Noisebridge-discuss] Secure video recording apps (WAS: door "security": culture, not policy.)

One can configure ffserver/ffmpeg to record in a ring buffer.  The length
of recording time is determined by the size of the ring buffer.  This way
it never really uses up infinite storage and one can download the file for
viewing purposes.  Assuming you have it stored on a computer with limited
access, it would probably cover most of those requirements.
