It won't. Insulin is given subcutaneously, so diabetics just need to be
able to find an area with some under-skin fat.

As for emergency injections like EpiPen, they're more of a "hurry, inject
me through my jeans to give me enough time to get to a hospital" thing as
opposed to a "ahh, gotta find juuuuuuust the right atmosphere to do this"
one.

I wholeheartedly support the Blue Bulb initiative. Say what you like about
American drug policy, but the illicit use of controlled substances falls
pretty clearly into the "not excellent" category in my calculus.
