[Noisebridge-discuss] bypassing captive portals

The variety of captive portals with different interfaces and pricing
will make this hard to do if you just want IP/Internet connectivity.

If it's just a little bit of data (10's - 100's of bits), I would look
into DNS, as most will still forward requests out to the Internet,
albeit rate-limited.
It's getting tough tunneling full IP stacks over DNS these days, but
if you did a little custom DNS server that just receives an encoded
question/request, that should be enough to get a little bit of
telemetry through.
