JS: it will help if you're specific. 
    I know of some houseless people who've 
been targetted at NB, but you're suggesting 
that people who've been subject to physical 
and sexually driven assault have been 
targeted by some others to leave or submit 
or forget it or what? 
    The implication is alarming.
