I do this on an irregular basis, and perhaps should do it on a more
regular one. Essentially whenever anyone says "JFC, look at the price
of bitcoin!", I sell.

This time, we had 3.43076047 bitcoins, which I sold at an average of
$757.372732, which (before deductions for transfer fees) comes to
$2598.36, which I'll round up to a tidy $2600.

I'm paying for our insurance this month, so that should cover that
with some left over.
