At United Divers we do tank testing so we see a fair bit of failed 
ones.  That said they belong to the owners who have a wide range of 
reactions to our having stamped them as failed!

We typically would give abandoned/unwanted ones to our scrap guy but 
could look for some if you weren't on a tight schedule.
