Board members don't really have much more information than anyone else.
 Their primary responsibility is existing, thereby fulfilling the legal
obligations that go with being a nonprofit.  Board members are generally
selected with their unwillingness to actually do anything using their board
member status as the* most *important attribute.  Perhaps you should
consider trying someone else?
