Yes but 4 people is still not a consensus. I'm fine with altering my
proposal to include internet absentee voting but i still think that major
policy shifts like this should require more participants to ensure at least
the semblance of a representative sample.

The 24/7 members only policy proposal wasn't posted to the mailing list
until the 21st. That's not two weeks. The limited hours fact finding trail
period did have two weeks but extending it to all the time did not. So
does that make the recent changes to the Access policy null and void? It
was posted on the 21's and consensed on the 29th.

I did show up to that meeting but I had to leave before the vote on the
hours changing policy (I didn't even know it was up for a vote this week
because it had not been two weeks.) I would have blocked it via proxy had I
known it was going to be voted on early.

I also think it would help to have any disciplinary discussions at the end
of the weekly meetings as they tend to drag on for so long that people have
to leave before the real policy decisions are made.
