[Noisebridge-discuss] proposal for noisebridge membership changes

The lock on the downstairs door is not effective at keeping undesirable
people out.   People that we don't want to let in just tailgate.

I like the idea of a policy that doesn't actually get enforced unless
someone is just bumming around or behaving badly.

If someone is working on something, no one is going to make it an issue.
But for people who abuse the space and never hack anything...
