[Noisebridge-discuss] not calling police (was: thursdaaaaaay)

I think we ought to re-think the closing hours and member stuff. I saw a
similar incident almost go down on Tuesday night at ~11:45pm. Having a time
when the space changes over is causing conflict. I'm down to put some time
into solving this. Preferably, people are greeted when they get to the
door, and whatever "process" needs to be inflicted on people happens at
that time 24-7.
