Jonathan I have already consulted the FCC site. Unfortunately it just 
gives all of the stations in the area. That's all of the frequencies in 
the spectrum. Since I've created a list of possibles given the distances 
and locations. I just got back into town and will post the list either 
tonight or in the morning. There are 13 in the non-commercial 
frequencies and 53 in the commercial band. those are the ones in use 
near by and the ones I heard something on at NB.

For example 89.7 is in use in, Los Altos (KFJC), Lodi (KCAI), and 
Prunedale (KLVM). 90.7, Tracy (KAIS) and Santa Cruz (KSRI). 91.9 in 
Middletown (KLVR).

One of the natures of FM signals is that a radio will automatically 
listen to the loudest signal and ignore the rest.
