[Noisebridge-discuss] better tech for making decisions

I'm not implying a lack of faith in the community, just an awareness of how
different tools shape behavior.

My whole intent was to encourage the inclusion of some failure state into
the process - that is, if it doesn't work and makes things worse, it can be
turned off and worked on, and it doesn't hijack the whole system.

I believe in assuming the best about people... and having a backup plan.
That's all.
