[Noisebridge-discuss] reasoning about the kitchen

While the design patterns could be seen as inspirational, they're
geared towards just-starting-out groups.  They might be fine for
still-small groups, but they definitely don't even get close to the
problems of scale that Noisebridge has been facing.
