By the way, I verified the information on this page:

I haven't yet found a way to state definitively, based on zoning laws,
that sleeping is illegal.  Nor have I found any statements about our
Assembly Group 3 qualifications as explicitly prohibiting sleep.

But, I'm not a lawyer.
