Some discussions are happening to require (yep, require) members and 
non-hackers alike to devote X hours per Y months volunteer time to 
cleaning, organizing, and other tasks, as needed by various WG's. Eg:

Group                  Task
Electronics            Resistor Sorting
Docents                Greeter
Party                    Errands
Budgeting             Treasurer

etc
