[Noisebridge-discuss] Broken Stove

Just got off the phone regarding the stove with a community member who uses
the stove.  I had originally decided to not do anything other than say
maybe we should just use half the stove.  Then I took a closer look and
said NOPE that isn't a good idea to leave this running.  I then disabled
it.  It was a much longer than necessary conversation.  This person also
knew of the issues at least on saturday and did nothing to resolve it (fix
it, disable it, call someone).   I think we need to spend some more time
with the community and teaching the community standards of Doocracy and be
excellent.  I was a little un excellent in handling this situation.  I need
to work on that.
