I just finished writing up all our policies and stuff and committing
them to a git repository which is on Github as
<https://github.com/noisebridge/bureaucracy>. You should definitely go
read what I've posted and check my work. It's entirely possible that I
have made a mistake or missed something.

This also means that you should go change any [current consensus
proposals][] you might have into pull requests.

Let me know if you're having trouble following what I've done!
