Honestly, people would be a lot happier if they stop expecting other 
people to do everything the way they want.  It is fine to ask politely, 
but if someone else doesn't want to do it, there isn't much you can do.  
Feeling you are entitled to change others behavior will lead to lots of 
frustrations.

This isn't directed at you Cotoni, you've just set off something I've 
been thinking about.

As for the list, unless someone starts blocking/banning people from the 
list, it will never be pure and clean, and there is no other solution.
