Related to Al's last point, the anonymous block, I have language that I
have been drafting  on my talk page for a consensus proposal to require
that when <= two (2) people  block, their name goes on the consensus
history page as the blockhead(s)


Current practice is to inconsistently log that info, with usually not.
While one might research the meeting notes to find the name of the blocking
person(s), placing it with the consensus item could help establish if one
is a habitual blocker and even help communication with those with divergent
views.

Also, Anonymity has value in political discussions, but I have to question
why someone used anonymity to make that change to Ron's page. ,
