[Noisebridge Radio]

I have been contacted by both an independent engineer and the folks up at
Sutro Tower about continuing our application with modifications. This will
take, I am estimating, an initial outlay of about $1000. It will be at
least $500.

As I am disabled I can't afford to do it on my own I thought I would ask if
I should continue and how I much help I can depend on. Time is working
against us

Any opinions?
