[Noisebridge-discuss] Noisebridge residency

I think this is a great idea and I've been saying this for a long time now:
 if we were sane we'd recognize our "liabilities" for the assets they are.
 People were already acting as in house residents and performed much needed
cleanup and security.  We are an ecosystem and we can exist in balance!
