[Noisebridge-discuss] We got a notice from the city to remove EClair Bandersnatch's graffiti

I am going to propose she be banned from noisebridge tonight and if we see
it again that we should report it to the authorities.  Especially if she
keeps coming back.   That is not very excellent.
