[Noisebridge-discuss] anti-anonymity proposal take 2

The normal corporate model required in California is that members of a
non-profit can ask for the list of other members- but the request is
through the secretary- rather than being accessible open 24/7 to the
general public. As long as a member's purpose for requesting the list
isn't a bad one- then the the secretary supplies the list.

The probably purpose of the "request through secretary" mechanism rather
than 24/7 open access to membership list- is a compromise to prevent the
membership list from being used for spammy or other reasons inconsistent.

I know Noisebridge people like to invent better solutions, but I suggest
that the standard default should be used.
