[Noisebridge-discuss] noisebridge / the door is fucked up

All,
The door was also broken because someone carelessly grabbed the
rats-nest of cables up on the top rack, unplugging the USB parallel port
we use to open the door electromagically. JC helped me diagnose and fix
that last night.

We also repaired the bad splice with proper press contacts.

One big problem with the door system is that the wiring is wicked
confusing. It's probably time to have a NB wiring day where we clean up
as much of the mission-critical wiring as possible, and run all the
network drops we need.

In that vein, it seems the Sonic connection is out. I won't be able to
fix this for the next few days - can someone read up on our Network
documentation
(https://www.noisebridge.net/wiki/Resources/Network#DSL_Circuit) and try
to fix it? It should be pretty easy to trace.

Hacker Casey fixed that by restoring the 8 bit hardware thing's connection to the computer and plans were discussed to run a new cable. Many have spent time with a plunger over the toilet. Independent declogging efforts have run their course, maybe we should hire a plumber?
