[Noisebridge-discuss] why would hackers come to noisebridge?

:) Sudoroom can poach all they want.

But I will say this: people like to talk about this "golden age" of "how
Noisebridge used to be" in the same ways that people fawn over Ronald
Reagan. I've been a member of Noisebridge for five years and can say this:
it's easy for any organization to function when it's just twenty or thirty
people. And from the mailing list, I see that Sudoroom is having a few of
the same problems that Noisebridge had when it started getting larger. So
don't toot your Moog quite yet.

I think it's obvious that five years of "just be excellent" hasn't worked
out, and that active management by both the board and the members is needed.
