It's a place open from 6am to 3pm allowing people to sleep and rest
there, for free, and it's supported by donations.

Suggestions for NB:

1. let's fact-check that page, add more resources, remove ones that no
longer function.

2. let's make a laminated poster condensing the best ideas from that
page and directing people to the wiki page for more ideas.  Post it at
the front.

Then let's make several copies of this poster (laminated or not) and
put them in strategic places around NB that have been used for hidden
sleeping -- e.g. let's post it under the DJ booth!
