Probably true. The issue re my userpage was my personal contact info and 
porn that's vandals put on my userpage, and then linked to it from the 
NB homepage. Even when the vandalized version was rolled back, they were 
still able to link to the vandalized version. That's a case where it's 
necessary to delete the vandalized version.
