NearlyFreeSpeech.NET is very cheap and they seem "ethical" enough. https://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/


I use WebFaction, which has been ridiculously reliable. Not the cheapest, and might be overkill if you don't need to run apps (like Rails), but I'm a fan.
