We would also have to consider power costs.  An injection moulding machine
could probably ring up quite a bill.

I found this 2008 research paper
<http://oaktrust.library.tamu.edu/bitstream/handle/1969.1/87974/ESL-IE-08-05-06.pdf>
detailing
the kWh per kg plastic used for hydraulic, mixed, and all-electric molding
machines.  It comes out to 0.5 to 1 kwh / kg.

Thought experiment:  Injection Mold donor runs 100 kg of product per month
- that's ~220 lbs of plastic per month and a 100 kWh increase in our
electric costs. Estimated cost is $22

Thought experiment 2: Injection Mold donor runs 500 kg of product per month
- that's ~250 lbs of plastic per week, 500 kWh, and $110 estimated cost per
month.

Annualized we have a minimum cost increase of $264-$1320.  Not bad, but we
could probably get them to pay this as well.

This gives us an idea of what it would cost for our use as well.

Please note that I know very little about these things, so anyone with
actual experience please feel free to chip in your hard earned knowledge.
