[Noisebridge-discuss] Ruslan's banning, full name and reasons for being 86ed on banned list

Yea, I have to agree that putting someone's full name and what they might have done out on the net is a bit over the top. You also have to think about legal liability here.  As far as I know, none of the banned have been tried in a court of law. 

The  assertion and leading question ...'So Jake, are you okay with thievery and don't mind seeing potential employers hiring a potential threat? If so, you're everything wrong with Noisebridge.' I feel is a bit extreme,  and is in itself 'unexcellant', and comes close to bullying. All of us should be able to express our views without fear of this kind of personal attack. 

Is thievery OK at NB? Of course not. Should this person have been banned? Very likely. ( I wasn't privy to the particulars) Does he need to have a permanent record out there? My view is that 'Banned' is sufficient, and if its serious enough, we could mark it as such and advise other spaces to contact us, if needed.
