Hi Marni,

The Raspberry Pi takes a regular USB power supply -- 5V with a Micro-USB
plug, maximum of 1.5W for Model A, 3.5W for Model B, and 4.5W for Gen2.
You should be able to find these nearly anywhere for about $5 or less.
They are the same charging setup for just about any cellphone for the
last 5 years.  If you're checking a power plug, look for at least 5W or
900 mA rating.
