[Noisebridge-discuss] 86 page full name editing

I think this is a fair point. The 86 page is there to serve as a tool to
help identify people that the community doesn't want there. Having a
first name and photo is sufficient.

@jake: I'm not a wiki expert but I don't see any change to the
protections on the 86 page that'd stop you from editing it? Can you be
more specific as to the error you see when trying to revert this?

I've gone ahead and changed Rus' entry on the 86 page to remove his
surname.
